Miami.

I can't imagine why they'd want to go to Bali myself with so many Pacific or
Caribbean islands to choose from. Australians usually go to Bali because
it's close and cheap.

they had planned to go.
It's probably so, but I'm not quite that informed to know it for 100% fact.
Hell, I'm still in shock that he got married...:-)
