What do you consider the top flamenco guitars? I am shopping for one
for around $3,500.

There are literally hundreds of great guitar makers in Spain today, and
a good number outside of Spain. At $3500 you're a bit below a good
Conde Hermanos model, but you could pick up a Sanchez Carpio,
higher-end Bernal, there are many choices. Best thing is go play them
all and see which you fall in love with.
