Hello All,

I have been a fan since the early years. I have many (if not all) of her
CD's in French and English.

This last album - is to coin a phrase "my last". She has left the roots of
contemporary music which appeals to a large number of people, and embarked
on a pursuit of "the young fan - type of music".

I dislike (hate) the type of music young people listen to, it has just
noise, lots of treble, and no feeling in the words or the music sounds like
it's mechanical.

If you don't believe me, take several songs from the masters, lets say "Dean
Martin - There's no Tomorrow" or Frank Sinatra - New York, New York. You
can also compare her early work against this type of music/CD in the latest
album. Frankly it is not appealing nor has any songs that immediately
struck me as something I like, which is what has happened in the past. I
give it a25 out of 100 and should have found it posted first before I
purchased it.
