"Anonymous" portrait of a young Beethoven

third portrait from the left. Looks "authentic" enough, I suppose. Was
wondering if the painter has ever been identified, and the possible
year? The physique looks fairly detailed in the portrait. It shows a
possibly short, thin, but yet fairly muscular build.
