THE BLACK CROWES TO RELEASE

‘WARPAINT’
The album’s complete track listing is: “Goodbye Daughters of the Revolution,”
“Walk Believer Walk,” “O, Josephine,” “Evergreen,” “We Who See The Deep,”
“Locust Street,” “Movin’ On Down The Line,” “Wounded Bird,” “God’s Got It,”
“There’s Gold In Them Hills,” and “Whoa Mule.”

Holy crap! They dropped every one of the new songs they came up with over the
last two years. Unless they've re-titled them.

It Takes One To Know One
Magic Rooser Blues
I've Got The Late Nights Again
Cold Boy Smile

I know there was at least one more, maybe two. Damn! I was really looking
forward to full band studio recordings of these.

Remember they had some press realease awhile ago saying the album would
be all new, never performed live tunes. I'm sure those other songs will
turn up as B sides.

Eh it was good, I've been so burnt on on the Crowes as of late I wasn't
even excited for the show, crazy. The setlsit was the basic setlist, no
real suprises but of course even on those shows the band still sounds
great. I think I'll be more excited when the new album comes out and
they add a bunch of new tunes to the setlists.

Very cool!! I hope that one night only thingy comes to Toronto. Should be
interesting to hear new material (and how the new guys fit in).

Thx for posting this.

I missed that press release, I guess. Since they killed the official forum, I
never visit the official site anymore, and haven't really kept up at the other
forum.

Since they are on their own label, I wonder whether they will even have
cd-single releases.
