Here's the questions, guys. Make it happen.
SUGGESTED INTERVIEW QUESTIONS (make notes in margin)
1. How do you feel about "backing up"?
2. What experience do you have with backing up?
3. Tell me about a situation where you found it difficult to back up
and your boss screamed at you. What did you do?
4. Are you comfortable with a sudden death by blunt force trauma?
5. How much do you weigh? Would you fit in the basket of a small
saucer-shaped helium balloon? (NOTE: if interviewee is expresses
reluctance to answer this question, loudly laugh and tell him or her
that you are "just kidding". Guesstimate interviewee weight and make
note in margin.)
6. Have the interviewee read the following sentence: "Huge tornado on
the ground. Reed. Reed. We're too close. Large, violent tornado on the
ground, at least an EF-3. Reed, we're too close. Reed!"
Thank interviewee. Make note of whether he or she exits room normally
or backs up through the door.
Forward all notes to me along with recommendations. |
