Welcome to 2005.
The idea was already stale once Priest did it...it's been all the rage

Bruce Springsteen to play entire albums at New Jersey gigs
http://www.nme.com/news/bruce-springsteen-and-the-e-street-band/47572
I wonder where Bruce got the idea of performing an entire album each
night?
Rock Hard Ride Free...
Ummm...you do realise Priest aren`t the first band to come up with this idea
don`t you?
Metallica played all of Master of Puppets on their festival tours about 5
years ago
Slayer were playing all of Reign in Blood around the same time.
Exodus played all of Bonded By Blood at several gigs late last year.
Testament played their first 2 albums all the way through in the summer.
Amon Amarth played their debut all the way through last year.
Dio did a complete tour playing Holy Diver all the way through a few years
back.
Manowar played their first 6 albums in a row at a festival 18 months ago.
W.A.S.P. were playing The Crimson Idol a couple of years back
Quirky band `The Spark`s booked an entire month of gigs a couple of years
back to play each of their albums per night
I saw The Levellers play their debut earlier in the year.
Indie pop band The Wonder Stuff played their debut for it`s 20th anniversary
in the summer of `08.
That`s just off the top of my head!!
more information than we needed to know, but you brought the point
home. I think he was trying to be clever. |

You are kidding right? Performing an entire album live is nothing
new.
And Judas Priest certainly didn't start it.

I am not 100% sure, but I think the Who played all of Quadrophenia
live.
I would have *KILLED* to see that.

Mastodon playing all of CTS, better use the lil boyz room right before,
talk about a great show.
good to see you drop in dennis.
NP-Destruction-D.E.V. as much as i am a MD fanboy(my fav all time
band), this is better then Endgame along with, the new Kreator and
Warbringer. Endgame "might" end up in my top 10 for 09. |

They call him "the boss" because he is known as hard working. |
