New photos from Hyde Park 1970? Seems that way.

Alright, so it's just the one at the moment. But read the notes and it
seems that the bloke took more than that. Whether they see the light
of day or not remains to be seen....

What else? Gilmour was at the Man Booker Prize shortlist announcement
soiree, presumably accompanying Polly Samson. Amusing that someone who
(by his own admission) doesn't write the strongest lyrics should
attend a literary occasion. He was also spotted at the launch of Gary
Kemp's (Spandau Ballet) autobiography launch party at the Groucho Club
in Soho. Don't know why. Then again Jimmy Page turned up too. Odd.
Nick Mason thought he'd go out for dinner to Claridge's, along with
Gordons Brown and Ramsay for the domestic violence chairty Women's
Aid. Other things have probably happened too, but that's about all I
could find in the past month.

Oh, that was another thing. Remember the film Hackers? I've only just
found out who was responsible for the closing credits music. Guy
Pratt, would you....credit? All these years I wondered who the guitar
reminded me of. Maybe it was HIM after all. Go on, give it a spin at
beyond eleven. You know you want to....

Man, Gilmour was clearly losing hair even from back in the early days.
Waters hair grew a lot from this photo to the first Pompeii sessions.
Is Wright standing or hidden behind Dave?

I think I remember something but maybe I was too surprised to post and
forgot. Or people won't believe me, as for a Waters' lookalike at old
age in another movie. But when I laughed so hard recently while
watching "Top Secret!" again for the second time in 25 years, I posted
on a.f.f-z. when I noticed closing credits for Mark Volman and Howard
Kaylan.

Christ on a bike and sidecar combination with a flat tyre and
knackered exhaust - it was HIM! Someone asked Guy Pratt on his blog
three years ago or so, and....

"It is indeed me, and featurea a certain Mr Gilmour playing guitar.
Sadly it’s not on the album
Cheers
Guy"
