In an interview with the BBC Brian has said that a film version of the Queen
musical, We Will Rock You, is in the works.
The success of the film version of "Mamma Mia" has increased interest in a
movie of "We Will Rock You". Ben Elton, writer of the stage play, has
completed a script, that in Brian's words is "grittier" than the stage
version.
