The only surprise for me is Seven Seas and maybe Heaven For Everyone
I think they're only there so that every album is represented
(stretching SSoR across both Queen and Queen II).
They haven't really missed anything obvious, though Hammer to Fall and
Innuendo are easily good enough to have been included, in my opinion.

I think they oughta release this 20 hits in the way they'd have performed,
the songs in order of live performance, this way, wwry/watc would be last.

Obviously "spread your wings" is missing, I think it should have been
there, and should leave "Seven seas" out, since it was already a mistake
add in Rocks

Yeah, Innuendo was a big hit (and UK Number 1) and so really should be in
there (probably at the expense of WWTLF imho if they were determined to keep
it to 20 tracks).
Otherwise, can't really fault the tracklisting. Democracy obviously works!
