Could someone tell me who composed "Granada," and maybe recommend a
good recording I can use to learn the piece?

I presume you mean the guitar solo (originally for piano), and not the
song by Agustín Lara, sung in English by Frank Sinatra?
It's by Isaac Albéniz, and the guitar version was made famous by Segovia.
It's been released on CD many times. Go to Amazon, choose "Music", and
type "Segovia Granada" in the search criteria.
