Ian Gillan lives and breathes a hectic schedule — singing and touring
the world with Deep Purple, studying the universe and its limits,
writing articles and essays, and every once in awhile, making a little
music on his own. This year, Gillan released One Eye To Morocco, quite
possibly his most adventurous statement as a solo artist. So, as
diehard fans of all things Purple, we jumped at the chance to speak
with Gillan about the new album. We also touched on other aspects of
his illustrious career, including his theories on the time-space
continuum. Along with our interview is a review of One Eye To Morocco,
