Hi all,
(Replying to my own message, for future searchers...)
I wasn't able to find a VST that would do what I wanted so here's the
approach I'm taking for now.
I'm using Midi Yoke [1] to pipe the MIDI output from Fruity into MIDI
Translater [2]. Not as tidy as a VST, but should do everything I need.
