Jacko wrote some good songs. He threw some good gigs. He sang well and
danced brilliantly. However, Prince does all that too and then some.
I admire any artist who writes their own stuff, plays the instruments,
records and produces it themself and then goes out and produces their
own tour as well.
Prince is the ULTIMATE showman because he has total control over his
product. Jacko didn't even turn up for most of the rehearsals for the
upcoming (doomed) tour.
It doesn't matter how many albums Jacko sold over the years, or how
many sell out gigs he did, or how many ground breaking milestones he
achieved, not to take away from any of that BUT..... Prince does it
ALL

Let's not kid ourselves here anymore, MJ struck a monstrous chord with the
world that Prince could only dream of striking
Prince could neither dance, sing, nor produce sonic energy that resonates
with other human beings like MJ did.
Prince was a short distance runner. Time has and will continue to prove
this.
