interesting to see a young Gilbert Roland though.
It must just be a matter of taste. CALL HER SAVAGE on video played 10 times
better than that stinker they ran at Cinecon last year. This is the CB
talkie that serves (for me) as the standard for which all other Bow talkies
much measure up. |

I love Call Her Savage as well; her performance is wonderful and the film
has
a wonderfully ridiculous plotline which seems to cram in enough incident for
an
8-hour miniseries into 88 minutes.

I'll have to agree as well. It's easily Clara's best talkie IMO.
