I watched this when I was young, and I cannot remember the name or any
actors in it. I have been vigorously searching movie Database sites,
but I am really struggling to find it. I hope that by posting a
description of the film, someone may be able to tell me more or give me
a name.
I can remember:
A family move in to a futuristic, hi-tech estate, where all the houses
are linked together by computer. They are being shown the house and I
remember the guy saying something like 'Here are the ports (on the
wall) for your internet' for the younger daughter's computer. The
story progresses and the family discover that there are cameras in all
the rooms in all the houses and they are all being watch by... err...
someone. I think someone tries to break in to their house at some
point in the film. I remember that the young daughter starts to tamper
with the wiring in the house and gets told off by an official of the
estate. They end up in the garage at some point, I'm sure and they
activate a 'Silent Alarm' by a control panel on the wall, next to the
door.
I know it's a bit vague but I just wish I knew what the film was so I
can watch it again! Many thanks! |

Does anyone think it is Dream House (1998), who's seen it? Synopsis
looks similar, but I'm not sure. |
