The sentence in MDA (Chapter 172) says:-
An Act to establish and incorporate the Media Development Authority OF
SINGAPORE, to provide for its functions and powers, and for matters
connected therewith |

The sentence in MDA (Chapter 172) says:-
An Act to establish and incorporate the Media Development Authority OF
SINGAPORE, to provide for its functions and powers, and for matters
connected therewith
N/B: MDA censoring films for Singapore is only meant to be used
locally, bringing 'em out will be against internation copyright and
international traties (law). This is the main reason why VCDs sold in
shops are within the SGD12 to SGD17. Should these movies(which
required censoring) are being 'fought' in the international law for
these movies using large sum of money, these VCD movies will be very
expensive due to the fact that the U.S will record the legimate copy
with the blow job indication. |
