How about an AD 145? It's on the mixer consignment listings at;

Agreed.
I had a 146 and it does not look like that. The AD 146 is a four group
mixer, with four master faders - A,B,C & D
The channel strip knob alignment in the picture also does not resemble
the alignment of AD strips.
