no check has come. They paid other crew members for same job, but not

Thanks for all the support. I just wanted to alert others of these
guys as I have worked with someone recently who mentioned of another
crew person in a different city was stiffed by them too.
My sister just moved by their offices so I expect to pay a visit in
the near future. |

With eight months gone by, double system doesn't help very much either. If
you live in the same town, or nearby, consider a small claims suit. If you
aren't nearby (the claim is filed in the defendant's local), you are
probably SOL. I have only been stiffed a few times in a lot of years, but
it always sucks! It's just like they robbed a 7-11, no more ethical than
that.

Just curious how double system sound somehow gives you leverage? Are you
saying that you withhold the audio files/rolls on all your jobs until you
are paid? I kinda doubt it. |

Not me.
They claimed that they got the check sent back due to the wrong
address but I haven't moved since I worked for them in March.
The person that originally hired me had left the company and the
person that was taking over moved to New York and would never call me
back. |
