George Lucas is a Master in Creating multiple individual Characters, as in
"Episode 2", "The empire strikes back", "The Return of the Jedi", "Star
Wars" and "Raiders of the lost Ark, "Indiana Jones & the Temple of Doom" and
"Indiana Jones and the last Crusade". Even, if only "Episode 2", and
"Raiders of the lost Ark" are the both strongest Movies in the Whole, his
Characters in the other Films are so individual. He trained it with his
first Film "THX 1138:4EB". Also, the opening Sequence in Raiders of the lost
Ark" shows his strength for Characters. Indiana Jones is the main figure
because of what he does, although his face is shown very late when it's
really important and interesting, when he gets attacked and saves him by
throwing his Whip.

I'm studing your Tips now and find it funny to get back to my own stories.

Script tip 1: Don't let them steal from you...

Mr. Zambito, an archeologist-screenwriter, wrote a screenplay entitled
"Black Rainbow". Mr. Zambito sued Paramount Pictures for copyright
infringement, claiming that many of the scenes in his screenplay were
identical to those in the iconic film "Indiana Jones and the Raider of
the Lost Ark".

Movie Mogul George Lucas Sued Over Allegations That His Company Failed
To Pay Author Campbell
Black Royalties For The Novelization Of "Raiders Of The Lost Ark"
For Immediate Release
LOS ANGELES/EWORLDWIRE/Nov. 13, 2004 --- A $4 million lawsuit was filed
on October 26 at the Marin
County Superior Court in San Rafael, Calif. against LucasFilm, Ltd. on
behalf of author Campbell Black
(Docket: CV044725).
The lawsuit alleges the filmmaker failed to pay Black royalties or
provide a disclosure of earnings, an
accounting, or any statements for a period in excess of 20 years since
the inception of the worldwide best
selling novelization of the film for which Black was commissioned.
Sources indicate Black, who now resides in Ireland, has retained the law
offices of David Abrams (Encino,
Calif.) and Morris Getzels (Beverly Hills, Calif.).
According to Abrams: "Initially I would like to believe this dispute
originated because of sloppy bookkeeping
and a lack of administrative organization within LucasFilm. However,
further review of the facts reveal when
errors and discrepancies were brought to [George] Lucas' attention,
instead of an apology and provision of a
full accounting of earnings, LucasFilm stood steadfast and refused
without explanation to give Mr. Black any
information. Clearly LucasFilm believes they are too important to deal
with one single author in a fair and
fiduciary manner. Before filing suit, every effort was provided to Lucas
to settle this amicably. Black had no
choice other than to file this suit.

They just steal, and steal, and steal....

Well, that's bad, of course. But remember that he was the first who gave
anybody from the staff a participation of the income of "Star Wars".That
wasn't usual then. And George had the idea for the HD-Cameras who give
anybody the possibility to make films for the cinema on video today. So,
George is and was always a man who didn't fit in the typical industry then.
And his wife Marcia left him with an member from Lucasfilm after he build up
everything with his own money. He financed his films after Star wars
himself. When directors made films to earn money and to get rich he invested
millions of dollar to make new films. That was unusual, too. So for me he is
as good as Bernd Eichinger or Wim Winders. He loves movies. And I feel that
for me.
