The background is, in a TV newsgroup, someone posted a link to a story
about Billy Bob Thornton's 14-year-old son and a 22-year-old woman
having an relationship. The woman is now being prosecuted for sexual
abuse. I said that I didn't really think that was right, and this nut
went full-out loony over it, calling me a pedophile at first, then it
escalated in the next post into a full-fledged rant. It was quite the
screed. Then, for some reason, he decided to carry it over HERE. Why,
who knows? I reported him to his ISP.
I like that: "...calling me a pedophile *at first*, then it
escalated...". (Wow, what could've come next? Were fissionable
materials involved?)

I never said any such thing that even remotely suggested I was a
pedophile. You just got your panties in a bunch. So I forwarded to
Prodigy the entire article -- headers included -- you posted at the top
of THIS thread, in THIS newsgroup (which had nothing to do with
anything), where you were clearly seeking to spread the accusation that
I'm a pedophile, accusing me of a felony. Now, had I the benefit of
anonymity, this wouldn't be a problem, but I do in fact use my real
name. Maybe you can show them the article you read that suggested I was
a pedophile. Maybe you can convince them you have an argument. To
everyone else, I'm sure it appears you made a ridiculous broadjump.
