I think that CGI sucks badly and it's getting suckier every year.
On the other hand, stop-motion always ruled, but was hardly
used and improved in recent years.
Now I want to make a monster movie with monsters from outer
space coming to Earth to eat people, because in Roswell, 1947,
the aliens sampled human meat and it was so tasty that now
aliens from all over the universe, including giant scorpions,
monster caterpillars, macro-amoebas, giant jelly fish, dinosaurs,
giant ants and man-eating plants.
What is the state-of-the-art of stop motion right now??? How can
I make realistic people-eating stop-motion monsters???
Do you have any more suggestions for people-eating monsters
from outer space??? |

It depends on what you're asking about... the technology for filming it,
or the materials used to make the puppets and sets.
There are also some websites, like http://www.stopmotionanimation.com/
which have useful information.
Peace,
Gary
