I for one have been remiss about posting here... Or reading stuff
here. Serial sites deserve support from serial fans! I'll try to do
better. Please hold your applause.

Our Friday Night movie gang is currently enjoying DAREDEVILS OF THE
RED CIRCLE, and -- as usual -- are engrossed in guessing "Who's the
Mystery Man?". They love that part of serials. They also love the
energetic fight scenes, with lotsa guys in suits jumping hither and
yon. Or is it yon and hither? They also want to try cutting through an
iron door with a fingernail file, but I'm not sure life gives you that
many opportunities to do so.

I've written some bios for some upcoming VCI serial releases. I think
I know more now about Jackie Cooper than is healthy to know. Still, he
was a cute li'l feller, and I don't blame Miss Crabtree for getting
involved with him. Sorry, Chubbsy-Ubbsy.

I now have five (5!) full chapters of the 1924 serial FLIGHT AROUND
THE WORLD. I have watched one (1!) of them so far. I'll report more
later.

Getting to the end of Atom Man vs. Superman - love Kirk Alyn's
portrayal (in a manly way!) - best serial (along with the other
Superman one) I've ever seen!
