Can anyone advise me where I can get a belt for a Yelco sound projector
(18/24 fps), preferably in the UK or Europe.

Bristol Cine Services sell heat-sealable belting that can do this job. I
have repaired several Yelco and Yelco OEM'ed projectors this way.
