Hi... I'm curious: did anyone on this NG do some tests with open source
programs for compositing, color correction, 3D graphics, etc... (and in
this case I'd like to know what you think about the realpossibilities),
or are you familiar only with programs like AE, Combustion, Maya, XSI,
etc...?

I know Blender, Jahshaka, etc aren't so complete or easy to use, but...
I think they're promising, and... instead than using pirated software...


What do you think about it?

What do you think about it?

As far as I know all the graphics in "Simbad" movie where done with freeware
software on a Linux r/f.
Try finding some more infos on the net....
