The First Vampire
The Canadian Press is reporting director Jason Todd Ipson is ready to shoot
the historical bloodsucker film The First Vampire. Based on Ipson`s short
film (the official site is here), the movie takes place in the 13th century
with Andrew Jackson as a Viking warrior returning home to Sweden to discover
" the people are drained of blood, they're dying, " says Ipson. " The
audience is in store for a whole bunch of surprises, a lot of twists with
regard to the whole vampire legend, " Jackson said. " This is not classic
horror. When people watch it, they're going to look upon vampirism as a very
real condition. "
