I got a question. Everyone knows that The Great Train Robbery was a
big hit, but how long did it last on America's screens? How long did
Edison Sell/Rent prints out? Like, say, could you as easly of bought/
rented a copy in 1909 as you could in 1903/4?
As for a hand tinted copy when the film was brand new, did you have to
wait an additional couple of weeks to receve a tinted verson while
everyone else got their black & white copies first? |
