I've been inactive on this discussion group for some years, but have
recently become interested in Super8 again, when I learned about the
Canadian production group, Friendlyfirefilms, that converted a couple
of cassette-type Super8 cameras to a wide-screen format, which they
dubbed "SuperDuper8" in imitation of Super 16. Then they shot and
completed a low-budget fiction-film in this format, and screened it
publicly in Canada.
So, now I'm looking for someone to convert a 16mm camera to
SuperDuper8, but only for doulble Super8 film stock in 100' camera
loads.
Does anyone know if Kodak is going to make Ektachrome 64T available in
double Super8 stock?
I'd much rather shoot reversal than negative, since I have no intention
of transfering to video.
