VCI will be releasing their version of "The Phantom Creeps" on Feb 4th.
If anyone gets it, I'd be interested in finding out several things.
First, the video quality. Sharp picture or soft? Good print or bad
(splicy and/or scratched). And the audio. Crisp? Muffled? Are all
beginning & end titles intact? Any bug (logo) in the corner of the screen?
Since there are several versions already out there, I'm curious to see
if this one deserves my hard-earned bucks, or if I should stick with
what I already have.
New bonus features would be nice, but they are not enough to sway my
decision. It's going to be based on video/audio quality. If it's a
marked improvement, I'll buy it. If not, I won't.
So, if anyone gets it, I'd appreciate a quick review of the quality.
Thanks in advance!
