a few years ago i was taking a french class and the teacher loaned me a
french movie about the holacost. michael york was in the movie, he
seemed to be speaking french, but i'm not sure. some of the dialogue
seemed to be "dubbed." maybe he spoke the french words as best he could
and later a french speaker dubbed in his words. does anybody know if he
was really speaking french in the movie or the title of the movie? i
don't remember the name of the movie, and i can't discern the title from
imdb. i think it was made around the mid-80's. it was extremely
gruesome. it left nothing to the imagination. of course i had known
before what the nazis had done to the jews, but this was by far the
worst depiction of the holacost i have ever seen. i didn't want to watch
the whole thing, but out of courtesy to the teacher i did anyway. i wish
i hadn't seen it.

Au nom de tous les miens
http://imdb.com/title/tt0085190/

and it's holocaust, not 'holacost'.
