Since "Boondocks" cartoonist Aaron McGruder has declared this 2001 movie to be
the "worst black movie of all time" or thereabouts, I got it from the library
to see if it would be good for any laughs a la "Plan 9 from Outer Space." Since
I haven't had time to watch it yet and it will be a few days before I can post
again, would you agree with him, and what is it about Vivica Fox's movies in
general that are supposed to be so bad? (Since I'm not black, I'd never even
heard of her before I read the "Boondocks" gag about how she's part of a
conspiracy to ruin black movies in general. Later, when Caesar says some of
Fox's fans had cancelled their newspaper subscriptions and he adds "Who knew we
had so many Vivica Fox fans?", Huey says: "Who knew Vivica Fox fans could
read?")
