Does anyone know of or have any free sound effects for I church event
I am doing? Specifically, I would like a jailbreak siren sfx (like
the ones in the movies, etc.)and an electric chair sound effect. Any
other police/prison/etc. type sound effects would also be welcome and
appreciated.

Can the church afford about $10? You can get all you need, top quality and
fully licensed, at sounddogs.com. Choose mono and a low sample rate (32
kHz) to save money.
If that's too much to spend, check hollywoodedge.com. They have about a
hundred of their excellent pro effects available for download.
