Hello,
TCS is happy to announce our best crystal motor yet for the Arri 2C
cameras. This is a brand new model of Tobin Crystal Motor, the TXM-21Ab.
Dealers and users have described this as finally the perfect motor for
budget-conscious users of the Arri Arriflex 2A-2B-2C IIC 35mm camera. We
agree!
Here are some of the features: Crystal speeds of 12, 24, 25, 30, 40 and 50
FPS, and accepts Milliframe and Videoframe Controllers. Operation on a
single 24 volt battery for all speeds. Flickerless running with motor torque
reserve and improved timing belt arrangement. Flat-base design for use with
sliding bridge plate or mini-rods (with adapters). Pre-drilled for optional
handle rosettes. Threading knob added on top of the motor and easier to turn
than before. Two-color lights show correct or reversed power polarity, and
if the circuit breaker is tripped. Captive screws permit camera attachment
without removing any covers. Both 3/8" and 1/4" tripod threads.
For full specifications and to preview the instruction manual, please go to
the Tobin website page http://www.tobincinemasystems.com/page42.html .
For additional exposure, we have a Cosmetic Second unit listed on Ebay at:
