Oh, OK. Does he still believe in nation-building (which he said he didn't
believe
as a campaign promise) ??

So what should we do, just remove Saddam and leave? Leave the country in
chaos and have another Iranian type of government in there? We have an
obligation to see that the people of Iraq form a government and elect
officials. Once the country is stabilized then we can withdraw.

When we leave, that's whats going to happen anyway. But more to the point,
why did Bush say he didn't believe in nation-building before the campaign ??
