We observe that liberals, by being concentrated in intellectual
property industries, are the beneficiaries of an economic playing
field tilted towards them. There's no taxes on hold intellectual
property, unlike land. Laws about intellectual property are even
stricter than laws about terrorism. If liberals want to fund national
health care, we conclude that a good way to do it, and ensure some
measure of real social fairness, would be to have a progressive
intellectual property tax.
