Hi,
I'm working on a student design project that calls for material that's
light, granular, and cohesive. The project demonstrates principles of
hydraulics by letting participants control a scale model pneumatic
backhoe. Having actual dirt is a little unwieldy for the installation
location, so I thought dry snow would be a good alternative.
I'd like to find 1-2 cubic meters (expanded) dry snow - preferably the
"just add water" variety.
Does anyone know where I can acquire this amount for not a lot of
money? (<=$50 would be nice)
If you have any suggestions for alternative materials, fire away.
Thanks,
Adam |
