Dear All,

I am working to have a small setup in which I want user to be
authenticated with Linux server (LDAP) and have printer shared among
them (SAMBA + CUPS). Now I want to know in order to LDAP and SAMBA
works, do we need to configure DNS (BIND) in the same machine. ???

Looking forward to hear some response,

Regards,

No. Neither LDAP or SAMBA require BIND at all, much less on the same
machine.
