Debian; is xinerama going to be put back?...

The debian forums are down atm, so...

Does anyone know if xinerama is going to be put back into xorg?
And if so when, or should I change distros?

From what I've been able to google,it was apparently dropped out of the
version of xorg that is distributed with lenny.

Talking about separate video cards, not dual heads.
