hi all,
I have a old pentium 3 based laptop with 64MB RAM that I would like to put
Linux on. The new versions are to much for it. Do you have any suggestions
as to witch version will fit? Thanks.

Try Puppy Linux (www.puppylinux.org). It's a very full featured, but
lightweight distro. And IMHO better than Damn Small Linux
(www.damnsmalllinux.org), which would be another small distro I'd
recommend. I've used both.
This link with a list and links of numerous "small" distros may be of
help:

Slitaz:
SliTaz's ISO image will always fit on less than 30 MB, and try and give
you a reasonable selection of software.

DeLi Linux http://www.delilinux.org/ is the best distribution for old
PCs. Its system requirements are really moderate.
Kind regards,
