Hi
I have installed Morphix .05 light GUI in my P3 computer. Everything
is working on this computer expect my wifi.
As far as I can tell there is no software loaded to setup wifi.
Morphix is based on debain. I would like to know what kinda wif apps
would run on this old machine -- without taking too much system
resources. I would prefer command based on.
Computer Profile
P3 600Mhz
40 Gig HD
two partitions: #1 hda1 win2k, #2 hda2 morphix
128 rams
Intel 16MB video card
Intel network/audio card
Brodcom based wifi card

2nd problem
I have two computers + one laptop
my Pentium 4 box is running on Kubun Gusty 5.4, and it is setup with
samba to share some directories
I am able to see and browse my P4's "/home/user/Share + others" on
Sony Vaio XP/Linux, and P3 Win2k boxes, however my mac mini is not
able to connect to P4 computer. It is abe to see and brose Windows'
files from both computers.
It's keep saying connection failed. I cam seems to figure this one
out. |
