Hallo alle miteinander,

when I try to compile squid-3.1.6 with the SBo script from

http://slackbuilds.org/repository/13.1/network/squid/

then compiling stops with messages like

/usr/lib/gcc/i486-slackware-linux/4.4.4/../../../
libpthread.a(pthread_create.o): In function `pthread_create':
(.text+0x10a9): undefined reference to `_dl_stack_flags'
/usr/lib/gcc/i486-slackware-linux/4.4.4/../../../libpthread.a(pthread_create.o): In function `pthread_create':
(.text+0x1bd6): undefined reference to `_dl_stack_flags'

Is that error related to squid or to glibc-2.11.1-i486-3?

Seems to be related to gcc (here: 4.4.4) and/or glibc (here: 2.11.1).

Compiling squid-3.1.3 on the same machine leads to the same error
messages.
Compiling 3.1.3 on a machine with gcc 3.4.6 and glibc 2.9 works well,
and compiling 3.1.6 or 3.1.7 leads to another error message.
