I think Nayyar should replace Karthik. Why play with half a batsman
(DK) when you have full batsman!

Kohli should replace Pathan. Pathan is neither batsman nor a bowler.
Kohli is a good batsman who can bowl as well.

And, Praveen Kumar should replace Nehra or Ishant Sharma. Both are
expensive in ODIs and Kumar is a an economical ODI bowler.
