To their restraint of trade argument at the courts they can add the
monoply nature of BCCI/IPL and its decoupling into two seperate
entities to break the monoply if it fails to curb its monoplistic
practices.

Call a meeting with the smaller boards and offer them this model:
The boards provide domestic cover to the ICL. They also provide
players, grounds, facilities, officials and administrative structure
for running the matches. ICL provides coverage and marketing and
handles these rights in India. The revenues are shared.

Being a pakistani, why are you this concerned about the welfare of a
second rate indian domestic cricket league.

Besides, if they suggestions from the netsters for their legal
options, don't you think they are doomed?
