TP-L: "In the past Microsoft Outlook used not to insert the Sig
separator of
"-- " because it stripped off the trailing space. Do you suppose the
program has changed or have you found a way round this?"

Outlook Express would seem to insert them now automatically when I add
my signature (from a *.txt file on my U:\ drive) by [Alt-I] followed by
[S]. Outlook does not, however; you could always put them in the text
file.

Seems to work OK with that method. (I don't use either of those myself
so had no idea how to get round the problem. My program just puts a Sig
on all posts and mailings without my having to do a thing.)
