Doubtful. The airfields are very close together. I flew into Rapid
City once; you could see B-1Bs on apprach just over the hill. I can
understand popping out of clouds, seeing a runway, and heading for it,
especially if the IFR approach chart doesn't show the AFB. I don't
have approach charts for SD - anyone?
