Isn't this just the realization of one of Model Railroader's April Fool's
stories from a few years ago - the building of a 1:1 scale model of a
railroad - the Wisconsin Central, IIRC?

The usual last line to that sequence is "A Mickey Mouse outfit." So he buys
him (fill in the blank) |

Whatever - definitely better than Uncle Pervert.

No, "Touched by an Uncle" is NOT a show about railroads. |

Ha; was walking the tracks through Berkeley the other day and saw
someone had scrawled "Fuck Union Pathetic" on a sign. Thought you'd like
that.

Ya think they'd sue if I made a stuffed octopus with a UP shield on his
"chest"?

Oh, probably not, seeing that it's already been done many times
before...
Well, yes, but: those aren't Uncle Pervert's railroad - although Uncle
Pervo has now gobbled up Southern Pacific, the octpus of frank Norris'
novel.
So? Under our current legal system, any of your neighbors can sue you
at any moment for any imagined slight, and tales of such lawsuits are
rife.
http://www.thevoiceofreason.com/RealFunnyNews/2007/7-SillyLawsuits.htm
Onion Pacific is no different in that regard than any other legal
entity, but the odds of them filing suit for your having made one "UP
octopus" are nil. (Were you to go into business selling them for a
living it would no doubt be a different story.)
Q: What's the difference between Union Pacific and an onion?
A: Nobody would cry if you chopped up Union Pacific.
