That's definitely possible. You're allowed unlimited moves between your
bench and your starters. You can also change up to three players on your
roster each matchday with any of the available free agents (or through
trade).

As far as I can tell, those are 4 substitutions:
Pedrito, Maxi, Aguero, Borriello in
Guti, Granero, Negredo, Pogrebnyak out
If I don't hear from you, I will keep Guti in instead of Maxi (whom you
wanted to put on the bench anyway). The guiding principle is to make the
lineup as close as possible to the player's wishes, not just imposing
regulations for the sake of it.
