The Rose Award goes to Jayson Werth of the Philadelphia Phillies, who
went two-for-four with two RBI and scored two runs in a 8-5 loss to
the New York Yankees.
However, Cole Hamels had another disastrous postseason start for the
Phillies, the Yankees' Nick Swisher had two extra-base hits and
Mariano Rivera getting the last two outs added up to a win for New
York. The Yankees now lead the Phillies two games to one. |
