It is District weekend in Ohio ... a big weekend. Probably district
weekend in a bunch of the country I guess.
If your team advances you compete next weekend in Regionals ... then
on to the state championship. A limited number of individual runners
also advance each weekend but for most everyone the emphasis in on a
strong team effort.
My daughters team has been spotty this year but it looks like we have
a couple of runners back just when we need them. We did go to state's
last year and probably should move out of Districts this year ... time
will tell.
