Who has the best selection of these? Seems hard
to find them for a specific semi...just a lot of
generic ones.

I'm not sure it matters with the nylon ones. There isn't a lot of
precise moulding going on with them. I happily carried my Kel-Tek P-11
in an Uncle Mike's nylon "small automatic" IWB holster for years.
Seemed like a fine fit to me.

It seems most of the nylon holsters I see in stores are the generic ones.
The manufacturers offer them but you will probably have to order one. Most
of the holsters I see are a hard plastic like the Fobus brand. Our local LE.
supply stores have a variety of all styles.

The leather and hard plastic ones are molded to the gun(or a suitable
plastic facsimile), so are model specific. The nylon ones are just
sewn pouches, they basically will fit anything approximately the same
size. That's not to say there aren't a LOT of differences between
makers. Some I've seen are just floppy pouches, no lining, flimsy
hardware and straps. The belt holsters I've been getting can be used
on either side at several angles, have a lining with padding and are
stiff enough to retain their shape when the gun is out of them. The
retaining straps are positioned by Velcro and can be adapted for just
about any gun that fits the holster and personal preference. They're
made by a local outfit, AMS in Longmont, and I've not seen them
elsewhere. A gun show is usually a good place around here, you can
haul the pistol along and check it out before you buy. The reputable
makers have charts that say what models will fit what gun. I've got
several Uncle Mike's that are decently made for the price, if you have
to resort to mail order. If you're looking for a concealment rig, I
strongly suggest shopping in person and trying before buying. Worse
than buying boots by mail.

I really like the couple of Bianchi "AccuMold" Cordura holsters I have.
They are form-fitted like a leather holster, but cheaper and lighter. One
of the models I have, the 7001, comes in about 50 sizes for specific
handguns... good fit.

Good shooting,

.....just a note to correct a statement I made above. I don't think there are
50 sizes of Bianchi Accumold 7001 holsters. They do make a bunch of them,
though.
